How does the free tier work? Organizations with up to 10 active employees with login access can use the Freemium scope at no charge. Add paid seats when you hire past that or need payroll / full suite.
Is pricing really per employee? Yes—each paid tier is billed per active employee profile per month, so costs track headcount transparently.
Can we mix tiers? Typically one suite applies org-wide; we’ll confirm during onboarding for edge cases (e.g. contractors without payroll).
